This round elastic is perfect for face masks and hair accessories as it is smooth on the outside so won't pull your hair or irritate behind your ears. It's the same kind of elastic hair bobbles are made from and is silky on the outside. The round elastic will be sold in 1 meter lengths and is 3mm wide. If ordering multiple meters it will be sent in one continuous length.
All fabrics are sold by half-metre increments. Enter 2 for 1 metre of fabric.
