Ready to take your patchwork skills to the next level? Join us for a fun and creative introduction to Storm at Sea patchwork, using the beautiful pattern by Victoria Peat.
In this class, you'll learn how to piece the striking Storm at Sea design, made up of curved and geometric shapes that come together to create the illusion of waves and movement. You'll be guided through the process step-by-step, learning useful patchwork techniques and tips along the way.
This class is perfect for confident beginners who have some basic sewing experience and are ready to try their hand at patchwork. You don't need any previous patchwork experience, but you should be comfortable threading and using a sewing machine before attending.
What's Included?
All materials are included in the cost of the class, so all you need to do is turn up ready to sew! We'll provide everything you need to get started on your Storm at Sea project, including the fabrics and pattern.
By the end of the class, you'll have learned the key techniques needed to create your Storm at Sea blocks and will have the skills and confidence to continue your patchwork project at home.
All fabrics are sold by half-metre increments. Enter 2 for 1 metre of fabric.
