Xmas Classes : The Statement Bow DUNDEE

Ready to add a little handmade magic (and a LOT of wow!) to your festive decorating?

In this fun and slightly fabulous class, we’ll be making a large patchwork bow that’s guaranteed to get noticed! Hang it on your front door, pop it on the tree, jazz up the mantlepiece… or basically anywhere that needs a bit more Christmas fabulousness! 

We’ll be trying out some clever new patchwork techniques and materials, creating our patchwork layout before sewing them together using Quilters Grid Interlining. We’ll then quilt the bow onto Foam Stabiliser to give it that gorgeous structure and statement-making shape.

And don’t worry — we’ve got the important bits covered! Your class includes the bow pattern, Quilters Grid Interlining, cable ties and foam stabiliser, so you can concentrate on the fun part… making it!

What to bring

• 4 Fat Quarters in fabrics of your choice
• ¾ metre of backing fabric

Pick your favourite festive fabrics, go traditional, go colourful, go completely bonkers… there are no rules when it comes to a giant bow!
