Hand painted in the Liberty studio, Over the Hills embodies the creative charisma of Bernard Nevill, the renowned British designer and Liberty’s design director of the 1960s. This bold geometric was inspired by Nevill’s distinctive approach to portraying landscapes. This print is part of The Cast act of Retold, bringing into the spotlight this play’s cast of architects, writers, artists, and designers have paved the way for the artistic movements Liberty have heralded since our doors first opened - leading figures that have played an integral part in weaving new narratives into the fabric of the building.
